The name behind the brand

Monday. The word alone can feel like a weight. For so many women, it's also the feeling of their period arriving, their body recovering, their hardest days showing up uninvited. We named our brand for that feeling — and then we set out to change it.

MUNDAE is a deliberate respelling of Monday — a reclaiming of the days that used to feel hard. With the right support, your hardest days don't have to slow you down. That's the promise behind everything we make.

Our story

Meet Teri-Yaé

Founder of MUNDAE

I'm a daughter, a sister, and now a mother to a daughter of my own. I'm also a woman who has spent years living with heavy periods — quietly engineering my clothes every single month just to make it through my heaviest days.

I've missed important moments. I've chosen not to attend events. I've had embarrassing incidents that stayed with me, all because the products meant to support me simply didn't. For too long, I believed that was just the way it had to be.

So I decided to build the support I always wished I'd had.

MUNDAE is my mission to help women like me feel confident and protected through life's unavoidable moments. Because no one should have to put their life on hold for their body — and now, with the right apparel, they won't have to.
